Jen has 10+ years experience working with youth and adults in various roles within the mental health setting. Jen’s role consists of being a resource for community partners, school districts as well as parents. “I am so proud that mental wellness is becoming part of a school’s overall culture.”

Crystal Ludwig, MSSW, APSW
Screening Site Coordinator
Crystal Ludwig is the screening site coordinator for the E3 program. Crystal has 20 years of experience providing case management services to children, youth and families. She coordinates the free, confidential emotional wellness screening that is offered to Hortonville Area School District students. Crystal recognizes the impact that emotional wellness can have on students’ academic performance, confidence, relationships and overall educational experience. She partners with students and parents to connect them with resources that will support the students’ emotional well-being and promote success in all areas, including school. Crystal is enthusiastic about increasing awareness that anxiety, depression and other emotional challenges are common and treatable. She works with students and families to reduce the barriers that are often experienced when seeking help for mental health needs.
